Help transform awareness of endometriosis and adenomyosis across the South Coast. Use your experience to educate, challenge stigma, and empower communities through social media and outreach. Be a voice for change and help shape better care.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking Ambassadors with experience of endometriosis or adenomyosis to support community outreach events and raise awareness through social media. You will represent our charity at local events, share key messages online, challenge stigma, and help build understanding and connection.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking Ambassadors with experience of endometriosis or adenomyosis who are passionate about raising awareness, challenging stigma, and supporting others.

The most important quality we are looking for is authentic lived experience combined with empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to create positive change. We provide training, guidance, and ongoing support.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have experience with endometriosis or adenomyosis
  • Are confident sharing their story in a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed way
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately
  • Are reliable, organised, and able to commit to a small, regular time commitment
  • Feel comfortable engaging with others in community settings
  • Are willing to share awareness content via social media

We particularly welcome applications from individuals who are:

  • From underrepresented or marginalised communities
  • Neurodivergent
  • LGBTQ+
  • From ethnically diverse backgrounds
  • Living with multiple chronic conditions or disabilities

We value diversity, inclusion, and intersectionality and are committed to building an Ambassador team that reflects the wide range of people affected by endometriosis and adenomyosis.

Experience in advocacy, community engagement, social media, peer support, education, or healthcare is welcome.

We are committed to accessibility and trauma-informed practice and encourage applicants to share any adjustments or support needs. Our training and mentoring are designed to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered in this role.

If you are passionate about transforming awareness, reducing stigma, and helping others feel less alone, we would love to hear from you.

What difference will you make?

Your support will expand our reach, strengthen our voice, and grow community awareness of endometriosis and adenomyosis. By sharing lived experience and supporting outreach events, you will help reduce stigma, improve understanding, and ensure more people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Before you apply

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short informal online chat, followed by onboarding and training for successful applicants.
