Reach volunteers come from all sorts of professional backgrounds and champion many different causes - but they are connected by their desire to make the world a better place. Last year we brought over £50 million of expertise to social purpose organisations across the UK, by connecting them with 3,586 trustees and volunteers.

If you have three years’ professional experience and are based in the UK, you can apply for opportunities on Reach. Explore our most recent roles, and search based on your skills, interests, availability and location. You can apply for a limited number of roles as a guest, or create a full profile to connect with more great causes.
Find a volunteer
Reach can help you find verified volunteers for opportunities that require professional expertise, such as web development, bid writing and financial planning. Use our search to explore volunteers by skill, interests, availability and location, and then create a profile so you can post opportunities to our community of 14,000 potential candidates.
Recruit a trustee
We’re the single biggest source of trustees in the UK, and - since we advertise our roles across LinkedIn and other partner sites - we can extend the reach of your recruitment outside your network. Posting trustee roles is free for charities or educational bodies who earn less than £1m a year and for other eligible organisations who earn less than £250k.
