I have been works as an HR professional for over 15 years in Tokyo and London, with CIPD level 7 certification. I studied Gender Studies at Sussex uni, which helped me for having wider views points. 

when I was in Japan, I works at a care home for 4 years on Saturdays as a volunteer, which made me feel i am a member of the society and gave me new friends.
