About me

I am an experienced HR, governance and business leader with over 20 years' experience in strategic people management, corporate governance and organisational development. Everything I do is people-centred. 

My skills include strategic planning, HR,  governance, leadership, end-of-life and legacy planning, business transformation and social impact.

I have worked across a range of sectors including financial services, construction and professional services, in senior roles such as Group HR Director and Executive Remuneration Consultant. I am the founder of a startup, a digital legacy platform to help individuals organise, store and share their wishes to ensure proactive end-of-life planning.

 I am passionate about creating social change by helping individuals live with intention and create meaningful legacies. I am particularly passionate about issues affecting older people, end-of-life and legacy planning through workshops.

I bring governance and board-level experience, having advised remuneration committees and business leaders on executive pay, governance and compliance. My expertise in strategic planning and people management, combined with my commitment to social impact, positions me well to contribute as a trustee.

What am I looking for

 

I'm seeking trustee or board positions particularly in the areas of older people, later life support, end of life and legacy planning, family empowerment and disability inclusion. With an extensive background in HR leadership and governance, I aim to provide strategic oversight. I am passionate about helping organisations that support vulnerable populations to manage life transitions with dignity. 

My experience advising boards on compensation and governance practices enables me to help organisations align their values with sustainable practices.
