I am available to work 5 hours per week
I am excited to volunteer at the Africa Health Organisation as a Covid-19 Data Analyst and Data Analyst as I have the experience of extracting the data needed to perform initial analysis, assess the quality of the data and prepare reports based on the analysis. I feel that my contribution will help prevent maternal deaths and infant mortality which is high in the Africa due to the shortage of resources, improve the welfare of people in emergency situation and health and well-being for people with myriad conditions such as diabetes, cancers and kidney failure.
As I have more than 3 years' experience in working effectively in data manipulation, analysing complex data sets, applying tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation and statistical reporting, I feel that with good attention to detail and critical thinking, I will be able to take this role and deliver high-quality data analyses. I am a good communicator with the experience of writing reports, explaining complex and technical information by avoiding analytical jargons for non-analytic audiences.
I am interested in the voluntary roles in Covid-19 Data Analyst and Data Analyst at the Africa Health Organisation. I feel I am highly skilled in the aspects of data analytics. I am able to take responsibility to deliver robust analytical support to projects and provide advice and guidance on the interpretation of complex information reports. I have the experience of writing codes within the mainstream programming languages such as R, transforming data into readable goal-driven reports and technical writing reports such as queries, reports, and presentations.
