• Previous non-executive leadership experience for the charity sector, including public speaking and using my extensive network to raise the profile and awareness of relevant causes
• Wealth of experience developing multi-channel strategies, and stakeholder management (including C-suite & exec level) in a variety of corporate and not-for-profit roles
• Key achievements in setting up high performing teams, transforming processes, and delivering KPIs on time and budget
• Wide experience of working in matrixed structures and across a multitude of cultures
• Extensive DEI experience in both the corporate and charity sectors
• Event management and fundraising experience that started from a very young age (multiple causes since I joined the Brownies aged 7)
