Work history

About me

I have worked IT and specialising Service Delivery and IT Operations Management remit for the past 15 years. One of my primary areas of focus is increasing the customer user experience and their perception of the use of technology on a daily basis in a working environment through the use of robust and transparent service orientated practices.

I am passionate about exploring new ways that technology can support and deliver this as a service to people in their working lives and always striving to continually improve this.

I am a multilingual PRINCE2 and ITIL-certified SDI-Service Desk Manager with significant project lead and infrastructure workstream experience. I have expertise developed in roles with private banking, managed IT support & consultancy and outsourced auditing services. I also have previous experience with the NHS and UK central government.
