After sixteen years in teaching , I have a wealth of experience and skills in education, particularly in managing high-pressure environments and fostering relationships both with students and colleagues. As Deputy Head of Sixth Form, my ability to handle complex projects with tight deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively is invaluable. Furthermore, I am proficient in both hard and soft management skills which allow me to effectively lead not only in the classroom but also in pastoral care and overseeing the Sixth Form. My extensive experience in North London secondary schools  means I have encountered diverse student populations and have developed strategies to engage and support them effectively. My adaptability and resilience are crucial traits in navigating the challenges that arise in the education sector.
