My name is Sara from West London. I have been a volunteer since 2007. In 2007 until 2018 I had been volunteering various organisations in administration.
I Had a break in volunteering until December 2021 until October 2024 I had been volunteering remotely in Social Media for a number of organisations.
The social media roles involved a variety of tasks such as
- Creating social media posts for instagram, Facebook
- Creating blogs
- Posters
- Editing photos
Since I have been volunteering in Social Media has been very beneficial and fun for me. I find using Canva application useful when i create content for social media.
Volunteering has always been a part of my life as I had not completed my academic studies due to medical reasons.
I find volunteering very rewarding, enjoyable and also I like to work part of a team
I am looking to volunteer remotely In social media for a charity .
My volunteering days are Wednesdays and Fridays 11-4pm (1-2pm lunch)

My work method is where a senior member of staff ie manager whom oversees a volunteer, I prefer being set tasks in advance for the day I volunteer using trello
