He successfully defended his PhD computing thesis in 2019, which involved the research and development of the world’s first culturally adaptive user interface (within a social domain).
He has led and successfully delivered numerous business-critical research projects within the areas of finance, automotive, social, pharmaceutical, fashion, media, military, sport, e-commerce, and legal.
His mixed-method research approach strives to deliver product insights leading to business benefits such as: reducing time to value (TTV), increasing user retention, and reducing development and design time.
He is well versed with successfully leading teams, having held a number of management positions, and is experienced in effectively communicating with key stakeholders including C-level executives. He has led UX research and design for companies including Google, Facebook, eBay, Cisco, and Sony.
