I would not consider a full time role but I am otherwise available as I have recently retired.
I have extensive experience in the corporate world having worked for approximately 20 years in a finance capacity in Global Corporations. I have recently taken early retirements and I have decided it is time to give back and use my finance and management skills (commercial analysis, annual and strategic planning, controlling and accounting, people and corporate management) to support a not for profit. I have experience in working with startups as I have worked in a venturing and emerging brands group at Coca-Cola which was primarily involved with incubating newly acquired companies. I have also experience working in a third world country as I spent some time in Myanmar staring up operations for Coca-Cola in 2013/2014. I'm a self starter and learn extremely quickly but I am also passionate at working with people and teaching others.
I am looking to support organizations involved in social improvements, justice, healthcare, housing, financial literacy, education, women development, entrepreneurship, immigration but would consider other worthy causes. Aside from finance skills, I also have excellent IT literacy and I'm really good at setting up processes. While I don't have specific experience in Charity SORP I'm currently looking at getting a qualification. I am a Global Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA Member).
