My passion is to help companies and charities create and sustain behaviour change for good - be it for our health and wellbeing or contributing to a cleaner planet.
I have 6 years experience in behaviour change research and strategic consultancy, working with private, public and third sector on a broad range of projects - from helping global food organisations launch a new product, through to helping get the nation swimming!
The skills I have developed at The Behavioural Architects are rather specialised in behaviour change expertise but can be applied to almost anything! It is about unpicking the behaviour at play and finding ways to go about changing it.
Day to day this looks like: designing and conducting research (desk and primary) including observations and interviews, qualitative analysis, writing and presenting findings, designing and implementing interventions, client-relationship management, project management as well as keeping abreast of the latest behavioural science findings and applying these to my work!
I have volunteered and worked for a number of charities in the UK and Africa, including Comic Relief & Samaritans. This has included working with vulnerable adults, and designing & leading projects including creating a safer hospital environment and running sexual health workshops.
I am looking to apply these behaviour change & strategic consultancy skills to a charity, NFP or school, with a preference for creating more sustainable, environmentally friendly behaviour.
This could be: conducting research/finding insights to help change behaviour, designing & implementing interventions, straight up behaviour change consultancy
In addition, I am very passionate about animal welfare, children's welfare and education and homelessness and would enjoy contributing to helping these beneficiaries in some way.
