Type of role

About me

  • I work to a post degree level with over ten years’ experience across a number of roles within the public and private sectors, and the healthcare environment;
  • I am currently working for NHS Wales, leading transformational change programmes, the development of business cases, and implementation of long-term strategic plans that impact across the health and local authority partnership, voluntary and independent sector, achieving improved outcomes for patients, service users, and carers;
  • I am an experienced project manager, leading and managing the successful delivery of work streams identified as part of the digital strategy. Acting as an agent for change within the healthcare environment, enabling service modernisation and sustainable transformation through business change management, and an expert benefit realisation framework;
  • I have a number of years experience within the IT sector, supporting small and medium-sized businesses and organisations globally with moderate and major incident operational support;
  • I am a Digital Inclusion Volunteer for the Wales Cooperative Centre and Digital Communities Wales, and a Local Authority Governor at a local primary school;
  • I am highly effective, and a committed public servant, with a passion for serving the population through my work, my unique experience, and skills and abilities, which I believe, contribute strongly to the portfolio of any organisation.

What am I looking for

  • Contribute my existing skills and abilities in project and programme management, change and transformation, and communication and engagement;
  • Learn effective governance skills, and gain experience in contributing to a charitable organisation at a strategic and developmental level.
