About me

I currently work as a Customer Experience Senior Manager for an international bank. My core focus in that role is designing and delivering the strategy for global digital propositions. My key skills are in experience design, building empathy and an authentic understanding of customer and corporate needs, whilst working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary matrix teams. In addition, I lead a Climate Action Network within the bank to bring together like-minded professionals who want to do more & build an effort for change, however large or small. I also provide mentorship to colleagues from different countries & with varying needs.

What am I looking for

I am seeking opportunities to support charities in a range of sectors as a trustee/ NED of a board. The main skills I can offer are strategic advice and guidance, team-building & focus on high-performing teams, mentorship, and a relentless focus on understanding the needs of the recipient /end-user
