For over the last 10 years I have been a Voluntary Chief Executive Officer for a National Governing body and Disability Dance Charity, so I understand what it means to Volunteer and how important having the right people with the right skills and commitments is crucial to any charity.
Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected my abilities and understanding around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency. I am progressive-minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong problem solving talents. I enjoy collective working sessions which help me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.
