I’m an experienced Executive Assistant with over 12 years of supporting senior leaders in government, education, and non-profit sectors. I bring strong transferable skills in diary management, document handling, data entry, event coordination, and internal communications.
I hold an MSc in International Management & Leadership from Queen Margaret University, where I gained practical experience in data analysis, project coordination, reporting, and digital collaboration. I also hold a BSc in Accounting and a certified Executive Assistant qualification.
In addition to my professional work, I’ve volunteered with the IChooseLife Foundation for years, supporting mental wellness campaigns and community outreach. I’m a certified Executive Assistant and have completed 20+ CPD-accredited courses in areas such as safeguarding, GDPR, confidentiality, mental health, and person-centred care. These have helped me approach all my work with professionalism, respect, and a strong understanding of inclusive support practices.
I’m passionate about volunteering because it allows me to contribute my strengths to causes that matter especially those supporting mental health, young people, and inclusive community work. I enjoy being a dependable presence behind the scenes, helping people feel safe, supported, and valued.
I'm looking for volunteering roles that allow me to support meaningful causes like mental health, youth development, and inclusive community projects. I’m especially interested in roles where I can offer administrative support, assist with event coordination, or help teams stay organised behind the scenes. I enjoy contributing in ways that help others feel supported and valued, and I’m open to both short-term and ongoing opportunities where my skills can make a real difference.
