I would like to use my skills and experience to address the barriers to success that exist in our society (including age-, gender-, race-, and neurodiversity, among many others). I have seen many of these barriers myself as a neuro-diverse, ethnic minority individual, and would like to assist companies in ensuring they build equality and diversity principles into their very corporate ethos.
