I am a highly-skilled analyst who specialises in process digitisation, workflow automation and reporting.
Prior to this I was a multi-disciplinary professional with experience in digital publishing, graphic design, multilingual communications, project coordination, SEO, software testing and website development.
I’m also developing my commercial knowledge as an Master of Business Administration student at the University of South Wales, studying part time between 2020 and 2022.
Between 2017 and 2019 I founded a Community Interest Company to oversee my work as project manager, IT professional and digital marketer. I established a pioneering digital magazine, parallel.cymru, whose unique selling point is side-by-side Welsh-English content, freely accessible to all on any device.
I am interested in sharing my experience in digital trustee roles- helping third sector organisations optimise their IT, contribute to digital strategy development and enable higher productivity in their communities.
