I have broad experience across strategic and financial planning, change management, commercial development, data analytics, service design and leadership.
I currently run Change Delivery within Barclays UK, as well as working as a Trustee of a charitable trust focused on improving employability and education for young people. In addition I regularly carry out mentoring for Social Enterprises.
I am looking for opportunities to support organisations in developing their strategy and commercial awareness, as well as helping support on the delivery of major projects or change initiatives.
I am particularly passionate about those working in the environmental sector and/or working on improving skills, employability and opportunities for less advantaged young people.
