My education is in creative studies (mixed media textiles) gaining a Masters from the Royal College of Art. Following my studies I spent some years working in textile and product design.

For several years now I have been working in Social Housing in various roles and service areas. Currently I lead on projects assisting a housing provider to involve their customers in service change and improvements. 

I volunteer on parent forums at local schools, working in partnership to achieve aspirational and practical goals for improving school life and addressing challenges.
