About me

Whilst graduating in BA Illustration from UWE, I have worked as a freelance illustrator on a variety of projects. I have also completed an animation commission where I taught myself new skills using innovative software.

During my course I explored a wide range of design tools, techniques and software packages like Adobe Suite and have taken every opportunity to remain abreast of developments within these areas, employing them within the work which I have produced.

I have worked from written briefs, augmented by face to face and online meetings to achieve client satisfaction for a variety of outcomes. This has required the input of creative thought via collaborative and independent working within a fast-moving environment and in circumstances in which briefs can be quickly modified and delivered.

I work well in both individual and team circumstances and consider myself a strong contributor and collaborator, able to listen and respond positively to input from co-workers. In my previous job with Picturehouse cinemas, I assisted in organising an art exhibition with illustration, written work, photography and fine art. I also regularly designed and drew window displays based on forthcoming film attractions.

What am I looking for

I'm looking to use my illustration skills to gain more experience in creative volunteering roles.
