I am experienced commercial and strategic development consultant with over 30yrs experience within the Arts & Heritage sector. 

My skills include: Income Generation and Commercial Development, Business & Strategic Development Planning 

I have over 30 years experience of working in the arts & heritage sector firstly as UK wide commercial operations manager for the National Trust, Head of Business & Enterprise with Leeds Museums and Galleries and as Commercial Development Consultant with an extensive client portfolio ranging across the UK. I also have over 7 years  Director/Trustee experience firstly with the Federation for Yorkshire Museums & Galleries, followed by 4 years with Ripon Museums during which time we submitted a successful bid to the NLHF for £2.5m and secured a further 3 years NPO status funding from the Arts Council England. During this time I Chaired the Business & Performance Committee, was the Arts Council Lead and a member of the Finance and Marketing Committee
