I am an experienced compassionate authentic Leader. With 14+ years' experience within the telecommunications industry and L&D world, this includes operational environments, people management and training and development at various levels. I have a wide portfolio of flexible, interchangeable skills. I am a dynamic, committed and highly motivated leader capable of working in diverse environments and teams.
In addition to my work life, I also have extensive volunteering experience with over a decade supporting young people of all ages from disadvantaged backgrounds. This is an important part of my purpose. I am passionate about supporting and enabling individuals to reach their full potential, whilst tackling the challenge social mobility places on our society.
I'm looking for my first Trustee role ideally in where I can feel i'm fulfilling my purpose and the opportunity to gain additional skills and experience. I'm flexible about what sort of charity this is, big, small, new-ish or well established. What is important to me is that it's a charity with a big heart, one that puts people first, and somewhere that is dynamic in it's approach to achieving its mission/strategy, with core values embedded across the team.
