About me

I would like to use my skills and expertise to give some positive support and help to Reach and to make valued contributions both to the team and also to the citizens and survivors who use and who can benefit from the services.  I work at senior director and chair level with proven leadership and management skills. Competent in engaging with a wide group of stakeholders and enablers and other bodies/organisations who might be involved in the survivors pathway.  With strong emotional intelligence, strong  track record of successful collaborative working and a keenness to help and develop others, the current role of  interest being : Chair of  Board Trust Northamptonshire Rape Crisis. This role has personal and professional interest.  Practical experience of designing and developing strategic direction with good governance frameworks, along with an Executive Management MBA with distinctions majoring in competitive and corporate strategy, organisational behaviour and culture change and Total Quality Management.

Having worked in various areas of health care and in not for profit education sector, I consider I have experience of transfering my skills from large corporates and entrepreneurial organisation into different sectors.  Im adaptable and come with a curious and enquiring mind, strategic yes, but also hands on and with attention to detail where it counts.
