I am available most evenings and weekends depending on family commitments.
I am currently a small business owner (wills and probate) and a police officer and for over two decades I’ve worked with young people and prolific offenders. I have mentoring experience and qualifications also counselling, SEN, and MH advocate in the work place and teaching assistant certificate. I also have a BA and studied at Brighton University. I’m a Trustee for a Neurodiverse Charity and a Chair and Trustee for a Mental Health Charity. I am also a newly appointed Non executive Director of a CIC in Essex
I have worked with offenders for many years and enjoy mentoring people to improve their lives. I am very calm and will help as much as I can. I have recently completed a number of courses which include; life coach, mentoring, health and nutrition, business startup, social media marketing, health and safety etc. During my employment I have attended hundreds of multi agency meetings and I enjoy working with different agencies and how they work with their priorities.
After my own illness a couple of years ago I decided to give something back and one charity opportunity led to another and I really enjoyed the environment and experiences.
I have two young adult children and enjoy football, music and movies.
I can help with online marketing, fundraising, networking, press releases and organising events.
I am looking for a small newish charity which I can get involved in and help grow. My passion is helping people, animals and nature. I am able to help out with Mentoring, board member, marketing, fundraising, planning and counselling.
After my recent experience I have developed a good relationship with other companies that are able to get involved and provide support.
