I've been a manager for over 10 years in different companies in the private sector, with 8 years focused in eCommerce. The last couple of years I was also promoted to the team of directors.
My experience within eCommerce, with a strong component of Content Creation, UX, Digital Marketing and Communications as part of my daily tasks, in conjunction with my creative background, has always been of a constant strive for improvements and innovation, which I consider essential in any enterprise and I find these skills highly transferable to a Charity or NGO.
I’m very confident drawing strategies from scratch and analysing existing ones to identify the quicker gains. This involved a full analysis of the website content for SEO, PPC, emailing, social media and even brick and mortar retailing strategies.
On my latest role I was solely responsible for developing yearly budgets and setting up targets and development roadmap based on a business plan also personally devised.
Multiple projects management was an essential component of my days as I used to manage different teams within the organisation.
I’m used to analyse data from different channels to report on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Not only to my teams but also directors and board members.
I'm very open for different projects and causes, depending on the project and personal situation I'll be able to commit to a certain amount of time per week/month.
Possible roles: anything digital related (eCommerce, Web Design, Strategy, Content, Marketing, etc), management (Trustee, Director, Manager, Supervisor)
