My professional background has been in the technology sector where I have built and developed strategic partnerships across Europe that delivered innovation and business growth. I am passionate about people reaching their full potential and have placed learning and development at the core of all my work. I love bringing together diverse teams, inspiring them to align around a shared vision to deliver measurable, impactful results.

I have also worked with government, healthcare and regional authorities to manage the response to the COVID pandemic. I led a large public facing team, streamlined workflows and implemented efficiencies that directly improved public health outcomes.

For over 20 years, I have dedicated my spare time to volunteering, care-giving, and fundraising for a range of local and national charities. I see a huge opportunity to align individual, community and business goodwill with the growing need for social engagement, care and support.  I want to use my skills and experience to bridge that gap, to support those in need and to guide people on a journey of positive change.
