I have been working in the charity sector for over 10 year. I have a substantial background in programme and risk managment, and delivery but my real passion lies with safeguarding. Qualified level 4 DSL, with upcoming level 5 qualification due to start next month. I have helped to create my current charities safeguarding policy alongside the current safeguarding lead. I have helped to establish a safeguarding culture inside the organisation as a qualified trainer to DSL level and trained in supervision. I have a drive to help protect those at risk and become an advocate for those unheard. I am driven to centre safeguarding around all our core activities.
