  • Qualified, commercially minded chartered governance professional, corporate secretary and Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute.
  • 14 years’ experience of corporate and financial services law and company secretarial practice.
  • Substantial practical corporate governance experience, a deep understanding of the components of effective boards and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Expertise and knowledge of governance and best practice in organisational leadership.
  • Skilled in engaging with, advising, briefing and supporting senior management and various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Experience of governance, board development, including leadership development, standards setting and their implementation.
