  • 30+ years’ consulting experience in inspiring excellence in brand and value proposition development, shopper marketing, product and customer experience innovation
  • 30+ years experience in strategic consumer research specialised in consumer behavioural psychology, with both on-the-ground qual and quant experience across UK, Europe, US, Russia and China
  • Proven ability to drive change in large multinational organizations, underpinned by powerful communications, facilitation and storytelling capabilities that inspire and transform how people think
  • Strong project management skills including vendor selection, briefing and management
  • Work effectively with people at all levels and from multifunctional, multicultural backgrounds
