With over a decade of experience spanning social care, special education, safeguarding, youth work, and HR, I am passionate about transforming lives through inclusive and equitable practices. Currently, I lead the rollout of the Cullum Centre initiative at The National Autistic Society, driving educational accessibility for autistic students across various locations. As someone with lived experience as an autistic and disabled person, I bring a unique and deeply personal perspective to my work. My journey is supported by my incredible assistance dog Archie, who empowers me to navigate the world with greater independence. My career highlights include co-authoring a book on autistic teachers, speaking at conferences, and leading key initiatives in project management and stakeholder collaboration. From my role as Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager at KHJ Communications Ltd to coordinating the Autism Hub at Haringey Council, I've consistently championed diversity, equity, and mental health well-being.One of my proudest achievements was serving as the Project Lead for London’s first-ever Autism Conference. This landmark event brought together key stakeholders, experts, and individuals from the autistic community to discuss, learn, and shape the future of autism support and services. It was a significant step toward raising awareness and fostering a more inclusive society.
I am interested in commissioning roles for autism, disability, education or social care.
