I am an IT Consultant with transferrable skills acquired from working in the UK and abroad in various roles such as Testing, Project Management, Issue Resolution, training and mentoring. I worked in these roles in various government establishments such as Environment Agency, Police Constabulary, Private Insurance, DCC- Smart metering, Network Rail, Telecoms etc.
Liasion with people within the community to bridge the gap of communication as technology can be overwhelming as such being able to show empathy towards and individual in need and pass on their needs to the appropriate channels.
