About me

I became passionate about human resource management methods from my prior work at CD Princeton, which is why I felt the need to develop myself by pursuing an MSc in Human Resource Management. Although my primary responsibility at CD Princton Ltd was account administration, I was given the opportunity to work as a human resources administrator due to staff redundancy. This required me to update HR documents and staff records, record absences, complete employment contracts, and prepare payroll. As a result, I've developed great administrative abilities, outstanding software usage skills, strong communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, and flexibility and a readiness to learn. HRM, though plays a crucial part in selecting the best candidates. I picked human resources because I think it's a satisfying position and I want to be involved in the industry. I like my chances of progressing up the corporate ladder and, who knows, maybe even someday leading the entire HR department, even though I have to start from the bottom as an HR administrator. In order to improve my knowledge and abilities in my HR profession, I constantly conduct research to learn how I can contribute to the success of the company I work for. I also ask questions to ensure that I am performing at my best. Volunteering will help me broaden my knowledge and see Human Resources management from different angles.
