About me

I am a Managing Consultant and Senior level Interim Manager, having been involved in business improvement and cost saving initiatives and deliveries, including the completion of a number of operational restructuring assignments, requiring the design and implementation of new Target Operating Models.

I have multi-industry Global and pan-European experience including Governance and Change & Transformation expertise together with financial services in General Finance; Merchant Banking; Investment Banking; Insurance, Life & Pension; and Third Party Administration; Retail; and Rail Transportation.

I have substantial experience in the private and public sectors including central and local government working in Programme Governance (AGILE; Waterfall; Prince 2 and MSP) Portfolio,  Programme, and Project Management (P3M); outsource management (including IBM, CAPITA, PWC) and Tier 1 outsource renegotiations.

Recent experience includes Commercial Commissioning and Procurement Improvement; Business Reorganisation, Transformation and Technology Change Programmes design, implementation and delivery; Organisational and Department restructuring.

What am I looking for
