Having undertaken work in numerous industries both private and not for profit/charity I have flexibility, knowledge and skills from various different assignments, within UK and internationally in HR, business transformation/restructure.
In a number of roles and throughout my career I have successfully undertaken or submitted to boards - HR research, audits and market alignments in relation to performance and reward, and then followed through with capability and training or talent building initiatives (these being in both unionised and non-unionised environments). I have worked in Prince 2, Waterfall, and Agile development (Scrum) environments and have a good grounding in project management tools, applying them systematically but pragmatically. Initially I studied Law and Politics and then achieved full qualifications through CIPD and attained generalist and project transformation roles. Despite having operated in strategic leadership roles and within high profile organisations I am also able and motivated to work on detailed and hands on projects.
Currently I am a Trustee for Access Aspiration, and changing companies embarking a role as International Head of HR near old st tube.
