I’m Emily, I’ve been working in an NHS dental practice, as a dental nurse, since I qualified three years ago. I am responsible for in surgery care as well as receptionist and administration duties.
I didn’t have the best start in life and would like to dedicate my free time giving back to those in need. I love working with people and would love to make a difference in someone’s life.
In my current job role I have both reception and administrative duties where I work closely with others. I am also computer literate and have experience creating databases and using different types of software. During my time at the practice I have also trained a dental nursing student up to the end of her qualification.
Mental health issues are a very pressing issue for me and have personal experience with them. I have a qualification in mental health awareness which I hope I can use to benefit others in the future.
