I have about 3 years of professional research experience acquired by working at various international or government-affiliated organisations in South Korea, such as the UNESCO APCEIU, International Institute of Employment and Development, the Ministry of Employment and Labour Incorporated Association, and Korea Research Institute of Vocational Education and Training. Studying and working in the UK helped me to give attention to East Asian and Southeast Asian people. I would like to have the opportunity to involve in community helping.
My academic background in Psychology and Intercultural Communication have affected me to have deep interest in people's mental health and well-being especially in cultural mental health, inequalities in mental health in UK contexts, socio-cultural impacts on risk and resilience. I can offer my skills in developing well-being and engagement strategy.
