Business planning

  • guiding/reviewing business plans
  • reviewing financial projections, looking at scenarios.

Fundraising:

  • creating a fundraising strategy
  • selecting prospect with the right fit
  • writing applications/proposals for different profiles of funders

These skills can be easily transferred to charities.

I have worked in established organizations as well as with start ups; for-profit and not-for-profits. 

I created and managed a program at a not-for-profit in New York City, suceeding to making it self-financing.
