About me

Chartered Fellow of CIPD with 15+ years of leadership experience, driving strategic HR transformations and change management across healthcare, technology, education, and consumer goods, I’ve delivered impactful people strategies that enhanced governance, increased productivity, and supported business growth. 

 

I got my Master of Arts in Human Resources Management at Warwick Business School, and since then have been specialising in workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development, having led crisis management during COVID-19 and driven major shifts like IPO readiness, international scaling, post-merger integrations, and adapting to competitive landscapes. I love working with teams and find great inspiration in learning from people radically different from me in every possible way.

 

My dream is a diverse, inclusive workplace that moves towards organisational success while creating long-term stakeholder value. My reality is that personal and organisational goals are often misaligned, and our emotional defences are not always helpful in achieving shared objectives.

 

Reflecting on my career, I see the world of work as a beautiful mess, full of both brilliance and flaws. I don’t believe in perfection but crafting unique paths to the success of meaningful initiatives and projects and their teams is what’s keeping me on my toes as a certified executive coach, leader and HR professional.

What am I looking for

I am happy to help with everything strategy, leadership, change and people management; with educational design, capabilities building and succession planning. I work as advisor, mentor and executive coach.

I was an advisor of social consulting platform, facilitated strategic sessions in charities and state schools, developed a people strategy for a museum and worked as a career coach for teenagers before. I am happy to be of use to any cause, yet DEI agenda, family violence, young people, older people, LGBTQ+, education, art, museums and heritage, healthcare are on my top priorities list.
