I am a senior HR leader with over 15 years of experience driving people strategy and organisational effectiveness across complex, multinational environments. Most recently, I served as Head of Talent Operations for a global visual effects company, where I led strategic HR initiatives including workforce planning, employee relations, international employment law compliance, and the successful implementation of Workday and digital time-logging systems, achieving a 40% increase in operational efficiency.

My expertise spans talent operations, leadership development, policy governance, employment legislation, and change management. I bring board-level experience in shaping HR frameworks that align with organisational goals while fostering accountability, strong compliance, and ethical standards. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management and Employment Law and am currently exploring Chartered CIPD accreditation.

Beyond the corporate sphere, I have a deep commitment to public service. I serve in the British Army Reserves and as a qualified instructor in the Army Cadet Force, delivering training, safeguarding, and youth development programmes. These roles have sharpened my leadership under pressure, risk assessment capabilities, and community-focused ethos.
