He has supported organisations in various interim technology management, enterprise architect and technical service delivery positions; a credible technical and digital thought leader. As both Microsoft and Cisco certified has worked with teams in hands-on and strategic roles. David also has a keen interest in innovative and elastic digital solutions; that is both user-centric and cutting edge. Through his collaborative management style leads teams to successful delivery solutions that leverage the latest and greatest.
He is a passionate change manager, utilising the Kotter Change Model and Procsi methods and tools to ensure the 'people' side of a project is at the forefront.
