I am Taiye, a tech enthusiast, people person, and ardent supporter of changing the world, whether it be via data, digital projects, or just being there to lend a helping hand to someone in need. Through LEAP Africa and the Nos-Da Foundation, I have over the years spearheaded education and shelter support programs for vulnerable adults and children, demonstrating the transformative power of a spreadsheet and a good heart.

By day, I have led teams to success, managed IT projects, and analyzed client data. However, I find the most fulfilment in the human aspect of my work—listening to, helping, and motivating others. Even on difficult days, I have a talent for solving problems, remaining composed under pressure, and making people laugh.

I can use my skills where they are most needed—connecting with people and providing meaningful assistance by volunteering outside of the 9–5 job. I can not wait to get my hands dirty, collaborate with others, and hopefully brighten someone's day a little bit at a time.
