About me

A highly experienced Company Director and Digital Strategist, I have worked in roles within Software Development and Digital Production at a senior level for over 15 years. I have managed design and development teams based within the same office as myself, but also throughout the UK and as far afield as Moscow, China, Scandinavia, and Australia.

Having worked on major digital projects I have developed a good understanding of several verticals and businesses of varying sizes and worked with a wide range of professionals.

The changes and ideas that I have implemented in various businesses over the years have increased conversion rates and return on investment.  I have demonstrated time after time my capacity to perform at a high level, with strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.  My ability to 'get the job done' efficiently and without fuss is noted by everyone I work with.

I am the Mental Health Champion in my current role and as part of this, I conduct monthly, informal 121s with the entire team – anything from a 5-minute chat to over an hour, discussing any personal or work-related issues that might be affecting them.  My goal is to end the stigma; to make us all more aware of our own and other’s mental health, and together become a strong and supportive team.

One a monthly basis, I volunteer as a Career Mentor at a local secondary school, working with a small group of students who have been identified by the school as being at risk of dropping out of education, employment or training after leaving school.

My CV is available on request.
