With over four years of experience as an HR professional, I’ve developed a strong foundation in key areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. Throughout my career, I’ve gained transferable skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, which I’ve successfully applied to improve team dynamics and support organizational goals. In addition to my HR background, I’ve also been involved in voluntary work, assisting with community outreach programs and career development workshops for underprivileged groups. These experiences have not only enhanced my organizational and leadership abilities but also deepened my commitment to giving back to the community.
