Ideally the availability required would be outside of typical office hours.
I have significant experience of leading organisational transformation projects and programmes across a variety of industries. I currently oversee a transformational IT programme, and manage our other project managers and the wider teams. I aim to providing mentoring and guidance to others where appropriate. I am passionate about making improvements, and the people side of organisations. In 2008 I was awarded the UK's most enterprising student and have taken that can-do positive attitude with me into every business situation I have since faced. I have also previously worked as a management consultant, providing advice and best practice guidance to clients on the delivery of their projects and achievement of their strategic aims.
I previously ran a 100 person voluntary counselling charity, and am also experienced in serving on other managing committees in the charity sector.
I am an active member of my local church, with previous experience on the governing council.
I really believe I have a lot to offer to the right organisation in terms of guidance, counsel and hard work. This would ideally be an organisation with values and a mission that I had a personal affinity with.
I am looking for an organisation that I can get behind their passion and purpose, something that I myself believe in, as I believe that authenticity is key in leadership.
