About me

I am an experienced Global Head of Regulatory & Compliance Operations with a successful track record leading the implementation of regulatory change programmes and risk/control frameworks within financial institutions.

I have experience working on both a permanent and consultancy basis with recent roles including EMEA Head of Operations & Global Head of Regulatory and Compliance Operations for Macquarie, and operating as a Consultant for ING’s UK KYC programme delivery. Other key career roles include Global Head of Regulatory Reporting and Head of Client Onboarding (EMEA and Americas) for Macquarie, and Regional Head of Client Onboarding (EMEA) and Head of Data Management, Singapore for UBS. Having led global technology change programmes, I have most recently been involved in project to utilise Robotics and RPA in relation to Client Lifecycle (CLM). 

 

 

I am a subject matter expert in Financial Crime & Transaction Reporting, and Client, Compliance and Operational Data and I have been a speaker at key industry conferences, forums and industry advisory groups. I have extensive experience in risk management processes across Compliance and Operations in a global environment, having dealt with Regulators and C-suite individuals for a number of years

 

I am a motivational leader and have experience managing large-scale global onshore, offshore and matrix teams to meet existing business needs and future challenges. Collaborative in approach and a confident communicator I build productive relationships to ‘C’ Suite level.
