I prefer working hours - and am flexible over part days or hours.
In my early years as a project manager I learnt the importance of seeing the big picture, drilling down into detail, and in clear communication. As a training manager I shared the importance of understanding an organisation's current situation and exploring the possibilities for new and exciting options for development. As a manager of teams of specialists I role modelled positive and fair leadership. As I entered the world of consultancy I coached, developed and managed consultancies - those with ambition to grow - and also coached, mentored and trained executives and managers. My introduction to NLP enabled me to influence others to take on board new challenges - including those with closed minds. in volunteering I learnt patience - helping disabled people, supporting young people looking to start up businesses, coaching small businesses. The theme of all my activities has always been one of change - I thrive on the challenge of seeing issues, addressing problems, finding solutions, and sharing new thinking ....... especially when times are changing and challenging.
I want to work with organisations seeking support for strengthening their leadership and management teams - to prepare themselves for the changes needed to meet their challenges over the next few years.
I am happy to coach at executive and management level - especially in exploring and injecting new ideas and new solutions to development - and to facilitate learning of change at team levels.
