I’ve worked on all phases and types of IT projects, whether package-based waterfall, or agile / product-based bespoke engineering and package integration. My largest projects have had a budget of over £20m, but I’ve also led many wonderful smaller teams. Many projects have gone well, others have come to nothing; I believe you learn the most from the tough ones. I’m also a keen but mediocre cyclist and photographer.
