About me

I am a highly experienced interim director, with a broad range of experience across private, public and third sector organisations.

I specialise in delivering complex transformations involving organisation, operational and digital/technology change. These include launch/growth agendas, re-organisation, merger/integration; company flotation and several other major shifts in organisational operating model.  

I have always been interested in working with charities - having completed major programmes with Childline and the NSPCC, and now working as Director of Change for St John Ambulance.

I have always been interested in volunteering, though much of this has been on an ad-hoc basis to this point, as the nature of my interim career (the long hours and location flexibility it requires) has prevented a more regular commitment. 

I have now reached a stage where I have the space and time to offer myself as a trustee to an organisation where my skills could be most useful.    

Key skills include organisational change, transformation, digital and IT delivery, corporate governance and strong strategic, commercial and operational skills from working on a number of Exec teams and Boards.

What am I looking for

I'm looking for a trustee role, ideally one that can make use of my change, transformation and technology/digital skills and broader executive/board experience.

Interested in a number of causes - children and young people (from ChildLine and NSPCC experience), Health (mental and physical) and those charities that are help address inequality (social housing, disadvantaged groups)
