About me

I am both professionally and personally guided by the following statement: contrary to popular belief, the future of work will be technology-dominate but still human-centric. It is no longer a question of 'if', but 'when'. It's time to be proactive and adapt for that future - I can help. I am a change agent and advocate of digital transformation and sustainability, digital workspace adoption, user experience and design, and commercial workforce enablement through a human lens.

At present, I am the global lead for adoption and enablement for the Collective Intelligence digital strategy at Korn Ferry. The Collective Intelligence team serves Korn Ferry internally and is responsible for: Digital workplaces, Sales operations, Market research, Reporting and analysis, and sales support.

My transferable skills include but are not limited to the following: office 365; 1:1 and group training sessions; knowledge management; digital channels management; agile project management; UX-centric design etc.

I have volunteered for many global charities in the past but in a general ad hoc basis. I believe now is the time to be of service by offering my unique skill set to enable organisations do best: help people.

What am I looking for

I'd like to lend my unique digital skill set to organisations who require any and all of the following: intranet creation; digital transformation; knowledge management; adoption; enablement.

I am particularly interested in causes that support mental health research and/or awareness and pro-LGBTQ+ initiatives.
